Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, if you experience any difficulties please contact us and we will be happy to help.
How will my order be packaged?
All our cushion, bedding and accessory orders are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a bluebellgray ribbon (you can see how it’s done in our video here). All orders are wrapped and packed safely and securely ready for their journey to you.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
For most UK orders we use UK Mail. For international orders we select the most competitive courier to give you the best rate.
What is your return and refund policy?
Products should be returned in perfect, unopened condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage. We do not offer refunds on cut fabric which is why we recommend you order a sample. For more information please see Delivery and Returns.
Fabric and wallpaper samples are non-returnable.
Can I do a work placement with bluebellgray?
We offer a small number of work placements throughout the year, please email Carrie on firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your CV.
Can I commission bespoke work?
Fi is very busy developing new collections and unfortunately does not have the time to take on bespoke projects.
Does bluebellgray design for any other brands?
No. All our designs are branded bluebellgray so if the design doesn’t say bluebellgray, it isn’t.
I’d love to see the designs in person, can I visit the bluebellgray studio?
Yes! We opened our Glasgow showroom in October 2016 and visits may be arranged by appointment; click here to find out more.
Do you still produce limited edition pieces?
In the future we will occasionally offer selected, limited edition designs. To keep up to date with developments you could follow our blog or subscribe to our newsletter (you can do this at the bottom of any page).
Where are the products designed and manufactured?
All of our bluebellgray designs are born in Scotland; they start life being painted by Fi in our Glasgow studio.
Our fabrics and cushions are made in the UK and europe. Our other ranges including bedding, rugs and tableware are manufactured overseas. All bluebellgray bedding pieces are Carbon Neutral, meaning every item has its carbon footprint off-set to counteract the environmental impact of production and shipping (read more here). Our rugs are manufactured by Brink & Campman, a Dutch company, who were able to offer us an innovative way to produce a quality wool rug whilst retaining the beautiful watercolour qualities of Fi’s originals (read more here).
Where our products are made and the conditions of the people making our products is also of the utmost important to bluebellgray. Overseas production is always in ethically approved factories with BSCI compliance, meaning the workers are treated fairly and ethically and the factory is regularly inspected for safety standards.
I imagine the bluebellgray studio as a floral nirvana filled with sunshine, is it?
Yes. Take a look at our video here!
