Delivery and Returns
*Please note* - Unfortunately there will be a slight delay on fabric, wallpaper & sample orders that are placed between 22nd of June and the 7th of July. The world is our oyster and we're so excited to offer international shipping and fill the whole world up with colour. Please use the list below to view delivery costs and times. If you don't see your country please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands)
Please note that some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. All surcharges are calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail First Class Signed For and UKMail courier service. Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for a surcharge we can arrange this for you.

If and item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.
All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that cut fabric, fabric samples and wallpaper samples are non-returnable.
If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please contact us with your order number if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund delivery and return postage costs.
For an item purchased from our stockists please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from. Our stockists have their own terms and conditions relating to returns.
