International Deliveries

Deliveries outside the UK

There may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries outside the UK. Bluebellgray does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for non-UK orders.

These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged to you by the courier.  These charges must be paid in order to receive or release your goods from the courier. If charges are not paid and the goods are returned to us, any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. These amounts will vary depending on the courier. Bluebellgray has no ability to change any charges received by the customer.

It is regrettable that we have had to suspend shipping to the EU. We hope to have this resolved soon.

We do not currently ship to Russia.

All cushions shipped outside of the UK will be shipped without an inner and will be cover only. 

VAT

VAT is charged at 0% for all international orders at checkout and will be charged to you at the local rate when the goods arrive in your country.

Duties and Fees

In addition to VAT, you may be charged import duty and a handling fee. Please note the percentage of these charges can vary and bluebellgray has no control over this.
 
We are not able to advise exact amounts due to the varying nature of each delivery. To find out more please visit your local government website. 
 
Please note all US orders are now subject to tariffs on entering the country. Small orders less than $800 used to be exempt under the De Minimus rule but as of August 2025 tariffs and fees are applied to every order. These range significantly from 10% upwards.
