Delivery and Returns

Delivery within the UK takes 3-5 working days and is £6.00

We're delighted to now offer flat rate shipping in the below countries:

Europe - £8.50 (£5 for samples)
US - £17 (£12 for samples)
Canada - £17 (£12 for samples)
Australia - £18 (£13 for samples)
New Zealand - £18 (£13 for samples)

With all other countries, shipping is calculated depending on weight of the order. For an estimated quote, please email us your address to [email protected]

We work hard to dispatch orders the next working day but overseas deliveries can take upto 7 working days to arrive. Larger and heavier (five or more items) deliveries approximately take 2-3 working days to arrive as these are delivered by a courier service.

We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands)

Please note that some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. All surcharges are calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail First Class Signed For and UKMail courier service. Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for a surcharge we can arrange this for you.


If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available. 

RETURNS

All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that cut fabric, fabric samples and wallpaper samples are non-returnable. 

If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please contact us with your order number if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund delivery and return postage costs.

For an item purchased from our stockists please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from. Our stockists have their own terms and conditions relating to returns.
