Delivery and Returns
Delivery within the UK takes 3-5 working days and is £6.00 in most cases. Large items such a rugs and rolls of fabric are charged at £15.
We're delighted to now offer flat rate shipping in the below countries:
- Europe - £45 (£6 for samples)
- US - £55 (£15 for samples)
- Canada - £55 (£15 for samples)
- Australia - £70 (£15 for samples)
- New Zealand - £70 (£15 for samples)

Please note that our lampshades are only available to ship within the UK and Europe and we are unable to ship them out with these destinations.
All cushions shipped outside of the UK will be shipped without an inner and will be cover only.
We work hard to dispatch orders the next working day but during busy periods it can take longer.
Fabric, fabric samples, wallpaper and wallpaper samples are dispatched from a separate warehouse. If you order fabric, wallpaper or samples along with other goods they will arrive in separate packages.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses.
International Deliveries Charges
Please be aware for deliveries out-with the UK taxes, duties and handling fees will be charged to you when your goods enter the country. This will be handled by the local courier company. Please note we have no control over these charges. Some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. Please see our International Deliveries page for more details.
How long will it take?
Parcels will arrive within 3-5 days. Tracking information will generally be provided once your order has shipped.
Wallpaper is generally made to order and will arrive in 2 - 4 weeks.
Rugs are all made to order and will arrive in 4 - 8 weeks.
All our items are made with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you change your mind please return it, in its original packaging, unused and unopened within 30 days of receipt for a refund. For website returns, please fill out a request form in your account or send an email to email@example.com. Returns are to be sent to Bluebellgray, 162 Hyndland Road, Glasgow, G12 9HZ.
When returning any goods to us we advise using a tracked service and to retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days by the original payment method once we have received the package back. If the card has expired, we can offer alternative refund methods of PayPal or bank transfer.
Please note opened bedding with the seal broken cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons. Our bedding and sheets come in a bag made from exactly the same cloth as the duvets and sheets, so colour and quality can be seen before breaking the seal.
Please note fabric is strictly non-returnable once it has been cut and sent for your order. Please order a sample beforehand here or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or hesitations at all before placing your order.
Fabric and wallpaper samples are non-returnable.
For an item purchased from our stockists please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from. Our stockists have their own terms and conditions relating to returns and we cannot process returns bought through them.
If an item is damaged or faulty please email email@example.com and we will help you there.
If an item is out of stock we will refund your item and contact you to let you know.
