International Deliveries
Deliveries out-with the UK
There may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries outwith the UK. This includes orders being delivered to countries within the EU. Bluebellgray does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for non-UK orders.
These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged to you by the courier. These charges must be paid in order to receive or release your goods from the courier. If charges are not paid and the goods are returned to us, any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. These amounts will vary depending on the courier. Bluebellgray has no ability to change any charges received by the customer.
Please note that our lampshades are only available to ship within the UK and Europe and we are unable to ship them out with these destinations.
All cushions shipped outside of the UK will be shipped without an inner and will be cover only.
VAT
VAT is charged at 0% for all international and EU orders at checkout and will be charged to you at the local rate when the goods arrive in your country.
