Meet The Bluebellgray Agents

We're delighted to introduce our lovely fabric agents; Anna, Harriet and Rachael. Helping us spread our colourful designs all over the country, our agents cover the midlands, south east and south west of England. We asked each of them a few fun questions last time they were in the studio...

Anna

Anna (covering the South East)

Tell us a little about your career journey so far. I studied textile design at uni, then worked at Andrew Martin and GP & J Baker. I became a self employed agent in 2015.

What’s the most exciting part of your job? Seeing new fabric collections for the first time and visiting my lovely clients!

Describe your interior style. Fun, bright and printed.

Favourite city and why? Bristol, where I grew up. It’s such a fun and cultured city!

Describe your perfect weekend in three words. Family, friends, sun.

Brunch or afternoon tea? Brunch.

Favourite flower? Bluebell’s.

 

Harriet

Harriet (covering the Midlands)

Tell us a little about your career journey so far. I studied languages in St Andrews then started my career in the export side of textiles, working my way up to an export manager. I then became an agent after having children.

What’s the most exciting part of your job? Seeing the excitement and positive reactions from clients.

Describe your interior style. Traditional with an eclectic and colourful edge.

Favourite city and why? Madrid. It’s lovely to walk around, exploring the art galleries, soaking up the Spanish culture and eating tapas!

Describe your perfect weekend in three words. Watching event riding.

Brunch or afternoon tea? Afternoon tea.

Favourite flower? Peonies.

 

Rachael

Rachael (covering the South West)

Tell us a little about your career journey so far. After studying textile design at Winchester, my career began in London at Celefax and Fowler. I then got married and moved down to the south west where I embarked as a rep and started a family.

What’s the most exciting part of your job? Meeting all of my customers.

Describe your interior style. Classic with a twist of modern.

Favourite city and why? Bath - a city in the country.

Describe your perfect weekend in three words. Walks, family, relaxing.

Brunch or afternoon tea? Afternoon tea.

Favourite flower? Peony.
